"We arrived at 3 am and we were traveling with kids. We called twice to make sure the rooms would be ready with ekstra beds for the kids. But nothing was ready and we had to wait an hour before the beds were ready. The service in the reception wasnt good. The guys at the restaurant and at the pool were nice and friendly. The rooms smelled of humidity. I Think it was from the AC"

"The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. With better maintenance, it would have been a perfect 10/10 – otherwise, everything was...
