Luckily, I was travelling alone, but I have tried this in other places, and 1. I don't actually want to be able to hear what my partner is doing in the toilet or vice versa. Not sure why that comes as a surprise, and 2. If someone needs to use the bathroom during the night and there is only a glass wall: surprise, the sleeping partner is woken up by the light.

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wanted to ensure my stay was satisfactory. Helpful with questions I asked and nothing was a bother. Accommodation itself was neat and clean. Everything worked in the rooms which is quite a bonus these days. The Thai restaurant on site served the most amazing dishes. "

"We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "
