Location: A fantastic location just steps from a beautiful sandy beach along Lake Huron and sandwiched between Grand Bend and Bayfield for the best of both worlds.
Local Beach Access: The beautiful St. Joseph's Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the front door.
Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms (2 king beds, 4 queen beds). The master main level bedroom features a king bed, ensuite living room, ensuite bathroom, and door to the deck. The master lower level bedroom also features a king bed and walk-in closet. The other four bedrooms are furnished with one queen bed each.
Bathrooms: The home features two main floor and one basement bathroom. Each bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, mirror, and vanity. The master ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in closet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you would expect in a typical setting. From cooking essentials to modern conveniences, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The lovely breakfast bar offers seating for four, creating a cozy spot for enjoying your morning coffee or quick bites.
Dining Area: The space beside the kitchen is dedicated to a fantastic dining area. You'll find a beautiful dining room table that comfortably seats six people, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and memorable conversations.
Living Room: At the front of the house, you'll find a delightful living room adorned with a spacious sectional couch, sofa chair, coffee table, and TV. This inviting space is perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a day of exploration. Note there are two other living rooms in the cottage, one off of the main floor master bedroom and the other in the basement.
Outdoor: Enjoy the amazing backyard, where a world of outdoor enjoyment awaits. Relax under the gazebo in a 7-person hot tub. Gather around the large dining table, accommodating up to 6 people. Take advantage of the BBQ. Relax under the shade of the gazebo or choose from the plentiful seating options available. As the evening sets in, gather around the decorative outdoor fireplace.

This was a fabulous house. The 6 bedrooms were very well appointed and very clean. The weather did not cooperate on this trip so we didn’t use the hot tub & the firepit, much to our regret! The outdoor area was very nice on the one day that we could sit out. The kitchen area was very well equipped. We will definitely return next year on our girls getaway trip!

We had a great time with our extended family, group of 12.people.Lots of room for eveyone and a wonderful location to go out and about. Grand Bend, Bayfield, local markets, wineries and breweries are a quick drive away. The beach was a short walk and perfect for us to spend the day playing in the sand and water. Tyler the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Me & my family had an enjoyable stay in the cottage, it’s the perfect location, easy to find and 14 minutes away from Grand Bend beach, although there is another beach which is only 5 minutes away. Cottage itself is a dream, lots of room for big family to hang in the living room to the outside barbecue area to hot tub. Everything is 10/10.

The house was very spacious with lots of storage and big areas to sit and relax. The house was very clean. It had a big pantry to put all our food and supplies. The listing was very accurate and it really was only a short five minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.Communication with the host was also very prompt

Nice girls weekend
We had a great stay. Lots of space for a group of 12, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, great yard and hot tub. One note is to bring your own tin foil or cling wrap if needed or any containers or Ziplocs for left overs.Walking distance to the beach was nice.Great stay.

Great Place for Group of Friends or Family
This property is beautiful. 5 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub and outdoor fireplace are a great bonus. Beds are all very comfortable. Check in/out instructions were very clear. Tyler is a nice and responsive host. Would stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway
Our extended family had a great trip - there was lots of room for all 11 of us to spend time together and quiet spaces to escape to if necessary!

New Years Getaway

Familytime
Beautiful home, would rent again- plenty of room inside and out. Short walk or drive to beach or convenience store. Tyler was super quick in responding to us. Property maintained but was not cleaned y thecleaninh vrew, addressed tbst to Tyler.

Great stay - private beach nearby!
Property is as advertised - I would give cleanliness a 4/5, but it has a well stocked kitchen, a great backyard with space for games, with BBQ and fire pit. Spacious bedrooms and dining area.
The location is very ideal, close to a great golf course and a private beach in walking distance. Downtown is about a 10 min drive. Quiet neighbourhood.

annual vacation
We rent a cottage each summer for our extended family and this is a perfect one for that. Grandkids range in age from 0 to 13 and there is always things to do for them being so close to the beach and having a nice fenced yard to play in. There is plenty of area in the house too to give each family there own space.

Excellent Lake Huron Multi-gen Family Vacation
Our family of 11 from 4 states gathered for our annual family vacation. The beautiful and large house was a great space for our 6 month old through 70's. The near by beach was great for all! We enjoyed the hot tub and the brick fireplace outside. We enjoyed the charcoal grill as our grill person was more familiar with this method.
Tyler, the host, was very prompt and helpful in answering our questions . We would recommend this property!

Multi-gen family getaway
Very comfortable for our family group of 12. Great to have the outdoor space for the kids to play and spacious indoors on the days it rained. Close to the beach. Love Lake Huron. Tyler was very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

St. Joseph
The home is very spacious. We had 12 people and there is lots of room and plenty of parking The lake is a short walk away. There was a hiccup in that the cleaners expected us to arrive at 4:00, but we were booked in for the 3:00. The host added an hour to our checkout time to make up for that.

Amazing, Relaxing Stay!
Me any my friends and family had an amazing weekend experience at this property. The master bedroom was a delight and the entire property was more beautiful than expected! We found that we were more impressed with the actual property compared to the pictures.
The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing. It was a great touch as a way to unwind. We also enjoyed how close the property was to the water (only a couple minute walk).
Tyler, our host, was also very responsive and provided ample guidance and direction.
Overall, we had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat!
