  • Super Clean Luxury on the Mckenzie River in the Willamette National Forest in this beautiful cedar shake cabin with huge screened in porch and commanding view of the river. Easy access for loading and unloading your gear and family. Larger kitchen and great room than most other cabins at the Log Cabin Inn. Big screen TVs, large comfortable furniture, cozy electric fireplace and new stove and fridge.
    enjoy the 6.7 acres of wooded common area along nearly 900 feet of pristine river frontage.
    All of the surrounding areas sites are still unaffected by the recent years of regional wildfires, so come and soak in the hot-springs, hike to The Blue Pool, take selfies at Sahalie Falls, Koosah Falls, and Proxy Falls. Hike the 26+ mile Mckenzie River Trail or catch up with the Pacific Crest Trail located just 45 minutes east. Tokatee Golf Course is one of the most beautiful courses you can play in Oregon and its just 3 miles west. Cougar Reservoir and Blue River Reservoirs are just 15 minutes close. The lava flows of Belknap Crater along the Old Pass Hwy 242 and then on to Sisters for a day trip is very encouraged.
    This property is managed by Jonathan and Lisa - we've managed riverfront properties on the Mckenzie for over 17 years and can definitely help you find the experience you're looking for in this paradise.

Loved the cabin. The AC was downstairs so it was a bit warm for sleeping upstairs. They did have several fans which was helpful.

Jonathan & Lisa were great in getting back to us regarding the lock box. They were delightful hosts. The cabin was adorable, clean and cozy. We had an awesome hike to the waterfalls-Sahalie & Koosai. They were absolutely beautiful! Well worth the hike.Thank you Jonathan & Lisa

The stay was just what we needed. Very quiet, homey, well stocked on essentials. A little confusing in the keys to the bbq. Not on the hook. But no worries we had an amazing time. Thank you.

It rained while we were there, and the heaters worked perfectly.Everything needed was in place in the kitchen, restrooms and bedrooms. The cabin felt very cozy.The grounds are beautiful with the sight and sound of the river setting it off perfectly.

Beautiful location!

We choose the Mackenzie Bridge cabins based off the beauty of the area and great location for activities all around us either direction to explore! Wonderful stay!

Loved everything!

This cabin was clean, comfortable, and the view of the river from the screened porch was my favorite part. The well stocked kitchen was helpful for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Cabin on the river

Beautiful and peaceful.I have been staying at these cabins for 15 plus years, the sound of the river calms my soul. The smells and sights are a delight.. all i need is near by!

Wish I could have stayed longer

The property was perfect for a getaway. Close to great hiking trails, hot springs, and other activities. Only regret is that we didn’t stay for a whole week.

McKenzie River adventure

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and a great base for adventuring in the area. Good food is within walking distance, and the stars at night were spectacular. We'd definitely return!

Weekend getaway

The cabin and location are lovely! We loved drinking coffee and having our meals on the screened in porch. We appreciated the fact that the cabin was cooled down for us upon our arrival on a hot day.

Best cabin on the river!

My husband and I were so happy we chose this cabin for a quick, couple of days hiking vacation. The cabin is even better than what you see in the listing. It feels very luxurious and the owner is quick to respond. We hope to return and highly recommend this place!

It was such a pleasant place to be, we cannot wait to come back! Only recommendation we really had was maybe a mattress topper might be nice for the beds to soften them some. The couches were so comfortable! Absolutely loved this place!

Little cabin retreat

Location of the cabin was amazing along in McKenzie river and met all the expectations just as described in the listing. Cabin was very comfortable, cozy, and well stocked for a family. Look forward to spending more time with the log cabin in with our family will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect for us

This is one of the best rental homes we've stayed in. The cabin is immaculate and well-stocked. Everything worked perfectly for us and the beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. When we stay in his area again, we'll definitely try to book this cabin.

If you’re looking for a centered hub to get to the beautiful blue hole, proxy falls, sahalie Falls, koosah Falls or to clear Lake, this is a lovely and clean home to stay in. Screened in back deck that faces the river and was my favorite spot to be in while not hiking outdoors. Beds are VERY firm. Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pants and dishes but you will need to bring food items from home or shop for meals. They have basics for salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Hosts are private and communication quick which can be appreciated as they are not overbearing. Road noise is a bit of a problem if your windows are open in the evenings and at night for fresh air as this lovely cabin is right against the McKenzie Hwy. We would recommend this rental to friends and family.

EXCELLENT HOME AND LOCATION FOR A RETREAT

We stayed at this property for 2 days. Upon are arrival we were so pleased with our choice and talked about how beautiful it was and how incredible it made our experience. We were so impressed that we have talked about going back for a longer stay. This is one of those diamonds in the rough that you don't want to miss experiencing for your vacation. We highly recommend staying at this property!
