"This is a beautiful hotel that showcases the mountains in its decorating theme. Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is consistently wonderful - we have stayed here many times throughout the years. It's our first choice when we come this way. "

"Had many choices for breakfast. Staff was friendly.
Room was quiet. Grounds well kept.
Unfortunately someone backed into my parked car overnight and did not leave a note. I was allowed to review surveillance camera video and it did not capture the culprit. There was a 2 hour gap in the video though when it may have occurred. Large dent in tailgate and deep scratches below rear window.
That was my only disappointment with the hotel.

"New hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people."

"Beautiful room with super comfy beds. Quiet. Only issue was it was a handicapped room, yet the toilet was super low and had NO grab bar for elderly mother to pull up on. I scooted a small storage cube from under the sink area and managed to squeeze it in by the toilet and shower stall. It worked. But I would surely expect a handicap room to have a comfort height toilet with nearby grab bars. We also had a lovely light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and Starbucks. Very luxurious stay."

The standard were low, the room warn-out, noisy and I find it difficult to mention anything positive about it. - when we complained to the staff about the missing beds to the children they just told us that it was fire certified for 6 persons and that we could complain to Hotel.com - consider this done!"
