Important Property Notes

• Parking:
The driveway can accommodate two small cars or one SUV/truck/large vehicle.

• Road Access:
The road within the subdivision is narrow with some paved and some gravel sections. Guests should drive cautiously due to possible oncoming vehicles.
Front-wheel-drive vehicles may experience difficulty for guests unfamiliar with mountain roads. AWD/4WD may be recommended.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Rental Agreement:
Guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
