The Space:

Welcome to High Hopes Cabin, where panoramic mountain views, luxurious comfort, and playful amenities create the perfect North Georgia escape. Nestled in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, just 15 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, this newly updated, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 8 guests and invites you to unplug, unwind, and explore.



Whether you're gathered around the wood-burning outdoor fireplace, soaking in the private hot tub, or challenging each other in the game room, every moment here is designed for connection and rejuvenation. The open-concept living space features a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, and large windows that frame the mountain landscape. A streaming TV above the fireplace and access to a covered deck with outdoor dining, a swing, and mountainside serenity make it easy to flow between indoor and outdoor comfort.



Each level is designed for both privacy and togetherness:

Main Level: King bedroom with easy access to a full bath with a combination tub/shower.

Upper Level: King suite with a private balcony, spa-like ensuite with a walk-in tile shower, garden tub, and dual sinks.

Lower Level: Queen bed and bunk bed (double/twin), full bath, and direct access to the game room and hot tub deck.



The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge, along with everything needed to cook for your group: Ninja coffee maker, blender, kettle, pots, pans, mixing tools, utensils, and dinnerware. The dining table seats 8, and the gas grill on the deck is connected to the cabin’s main propane line for convenient outdoor cooking.



Let your evenings unfold in the entertainment-packed lower level, featuring air hockey, foosball, arcade games, board games, and more. Afterward, soak in the private hot tub with stunning views of the surrounding peaks.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the cabin, porches, hot tub, game room, and outdoor amenities.

Check-in is contactless for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked within the Aska Adventure Area, this cabin is close to hiking, waterfalls, Lake Blue Ridge, tubing, and the charming shops and restaurants of Downtown Blue Ridge. Enjoy privacy without sacrificing accessibility.



Getting Around:

Accessible with 2WD

AWD/4WD recommended during winter months

Parking for 3–4 vehicles

Limited rideshare options in the area—own transportation recommended



Other Things to Note:

Up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed

$65 pet fee per dog; dogs must stay off furniture, be crated when left alone, and cleaned up after

Fireplaces available October–April only

Firewood not provided but can be purchased for delivery

No smoking or vaping of any kind; $400 fine for violations

Minimum age to book: 25

Signed rental agreement & photo ID required after booking

Cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned between each stay
