We are available 24/7

There are 2 ways to access the property. GPS will take you down a one lane path, the easiest path is to stay straight on Campbell Camp Road and turn right on Chiefs lane. Follow the signs to All Decked Out Lake House. 3 miles from downtown Blue ridge.

2 Cars can park in front of cabin. There is overflow parking for 2 additional cars on top of hill in front of cabin. Boat trailers can be parked in the overflow parking.

Boat Dock is available for you to dock your boat. We also can help you set up a boat to rent from local vendors.
We have paddle boards for you to use as well. Use at your own risk.
No Smoking or Vaping

Guest are responsible for any damages
Please clean up after your animals

No events or commercial filming.

Upon departing, please complete the following:
1. Any used or dirty towels should be put in the washing machine.
2. Leave Linens on the bed. The cleaning staff will change the linens.
3. Load Dirty Dishes into the Dishwasher and start. Make sure all pots, pans, and cooking utensils are cleaned before leaving.
4. Make sure all appliances have been turned off.
5. Remove all food from the fridge that you brought and dispose of.
6. Remove Trash, make sure it is bagged and loaded into the trash bin on the driveway, and secure the lid.
7. Turn off the gas to the grill, if used. Replace the cover on the grill.
8. Put the cover back on the hot tub and set the temperature to 98
9. Please adjust heat/air to 76 degrees in summer and 66 degrees in winter
10. Please make sure the front and back door deadbolts are locked.
11. Please pull the main door closed when you leave to ensure the lock engages.
