"We booked last minute as we were were going for a funeral. Didn't expect much, but were very pleased to see it was more than just a bed for the night. The managers went out of their way to accommodate us, and over the stay made our not so pleasant reason to be in Hillcrest a very pleasant stay. "

NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle.
New linen is needed so as the towels.
No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles.
They can make use of the fabric softener ,...

Hotel is a little dated, but going through a refurbishment at the moment. The rooms are big and clean and have everything you need for a fab stay. "
