"Service is in top. They upgraded to a room with a kitchen and a balcony. Sadly, this place is really run down/outdated. For example, the paint is peeling on the kitchen cabinets and the enamel in the bathtub is worn away at the bottom. It gives a feeling of not being clean. Besides that, you can easily hear the neighbour. I’m glad we didn’t have to pay full price for the room as that’s too expensive. "

"We stayed here during the BC Bike Race (2026) and couldn't have been happier. The staff were courteous and helpful; our main floor room made for easy access, parking was easy, and there was a hose in the lot to clean the bike before moving it indoors. The bedding in the room was amazing - we slept so well - and the room was clean, as was the entire property. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast each morning, and it was excellent. "This property is under new owners and, athough the service was very good, the upkeep and quality of the breakfast was not at the level of the previous owners. The 3 guys who remodeled and redesigned the property gave excellent service and a breakfast that was second to none!"

"The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"
