This is a beautiful, well-kept family home that the family rents out on select weekends. Because the family has 5 kids, they have added space to make it fun for both the kids and the adults--a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, TV, and an indoor half basketball court! Plus added bedrooms, so the house can sleep 14! There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space. The kids loved the basketball court and the game room, so we pretty much didn't see them most of the time (the 18-year-olds, not the little ones lol). And while it wasn't quite ready when we were there, they will have a pool and hot tub soon. In addition to the size and amenities, everything was nice and functioned well, plus they everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals. This is their house after all, so it's equipped like one that works for a good -sized family. Anyhow, everyone thought it was a great place, a great stay, and they all want to come back next year for Family Weekend at IU! Oh, last and certainly not least, Ryan and his wife Kira were both delightful, easy to deal with, and just so on top of everything, from pre-visit planning, to written instructions for everything, to making sure all was well while we were there. Couldn't imagine hosts any nicer or more prepared than them!
