Tidy and clean hotel - a bit dated
Tidy hotel with a little bar and restaurant and walking distance to town centre. Hotel a bit dated but clean and functional.

Property was quiet and very clean. As we checked in there were many staff doing a deep clean in the hallway. Staff was kind and professional. We didn't need much for our 2 night stay. One night we ate at the Sasa restaurant on property and it was some of the best authentic Japanese ever.

The new river wing was awesome. The even had new washer and dryer free of charge. Friendly staff, room well maintaned and erverything new. Great location to discover wineries and city.

It was okay, but lacks some modern day amenities, for example there were no accesible outlets near the bed. The mattress was older and softer in the center.

It's a luxurious hotel with great value for money
I stayed for one night by myself. I was surprised by the spaciousness of both the parking lot and the room, which exceeded my expectations. Additionally, this hotel is located on the main street, which made transportation convenient.

The well / recently updated condition of the hotel is far better than revealed in the photos of the property. The service was efficient and courteous. They have a lovely Japanese restaurant onsite that was full when we dined. People from outside also came in to dine. The pool and the bar were relatively small, but not that it bothered us. With a 2 bedroom (1 King, 2 Twins) configuration, my family of four had a comfortable stay. Only shortfall in my opinion would be if they used refillable, wall mounted soaps/shampoos instead of tubes.

Nice place to stay, very close to the middle of town. Easy check in, very clean and tidy room with a generously sized TV and a wall bracket so we could turn the TV from the wall to face the bed. Great service from friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Bad smell
There was a terrible smell from the restaurant. We actually had dinner there, it was delicious. But the ventilation system does not work. The room had a smell of fried oil, so all our clothes had a odeur, not pleasant. So fix the ventilation! Regards/ Niklas o Elisabeth

Really enjoyed staying at this property. We were greeted by very friendly staff. They immediately organised an early check in for me so that I could complete work that needed doing. the room was lovely and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant onsite Sasa was 10/10 superb! I would definitely stay there again.

When we fist walked in it was like going to visit my grandparents in the rest home it just had that smell to it like it was a rest home. Then when we got to our room there was no toilet brush to clean after using the toilet. Asked at front desk for one they brought one to our room when handed to my wife it still hand some one else’s feces on it. Also in the corner of Barth room it had a pile of dirt from where they had swept the floors. The restaurant had a very limited menu.

Our all rooms are cleaned daily with use of top class products including odour, we get some compliments for this. I am sorry you did not liked it. We have a housekeeping team which services you room daily including toilet clean unless you have a do not disturb sign. I am sorry We do not stock the brand new toilet brushes for single use. Restaurant Sasa offers a Japanese menu with vegetarian and vegan menu. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff members if you need assistance next time. Kind regardsKapil Kaushish

Bathroom needs a extractor fan, left bathroom smelly and mouldy in places. Noisy heatpump in the hallway in the reception area that we could hear in bedroom. Restaurant was nice.

We found this property very expensive for the type of room. We had little options as we were travelling through and there was limited availability. The room was booked for 4 people however there was no space for us to sit, dine or watch TV. If we were staying for longer the room would have been very uncomfortable to be in for a longer stay. The toilet seat in the bathroom would not stay up so was very frustrating to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful however I would have preferred the option of paying at the venue so to avoid the credit card fee.
