    Romantic, newly renovated top floor flat with a dream view of the Vorspessart.

    The flat is furnished according to the latest standards, all you have to do is feel at home. The pictures speak for themselves. Perfect for hikers, cyclists, golfers etc. Centrally located for the State Garden Show in Würzburg and sightseeing tours to Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt and Miltenberg.

    A newly furnished holiday flat with a fabulous view of the Kahlgrund. Even when it rains, there are tips for activities, small-scale games and books that can be read in the chill corner.

    The Kahlgrund is pure idyll. There are many rare birds, and hiking and cycling are perfect here. However, there are always some small climbs to contend with. There are plenty of excursions in the surrounding area. There is something for everyone.

    Blankenbach has a bus connection to Aschaffenburg. There is also a railway station. The "Bembel", as it is affectionately called by the Kahl founders, takes you to Hanau. From there, there are connections to many major cities such as Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg etc.

    We wish you a pleasant holiday in your holiday flat Spessartromantik. We ask you to observe these house rules so that the following holiday guests can also feel comfortable.

    1. the rented property is fully equipped and furnished. An inventory list is enclosed in the folder in the flat and can also be provided by email if required. All rented items that have been damaged or lost during the stay must be replaced by the tenant. The tenant is obliged to report all defects and damages that occur during the rental period immediately.

    2. bed linen, towels, one towel and one shower towel per person are included in the price. These can be exchanged for a fee if required.

    3. the arrival takes place on the day of arrival from 15 clock
    (special arrangements possible after consultation)

    4. departure takes place on the day of departure between 8am and 11am
    At the end of the rental period, the tenant must hand over the rented property to the landlord in a clean and tidy condition and hand over the keys to the landlord. Please understand that we have to charge a fee for late departure.

    5. in the interest of the neighbourhood, quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm to 7 am and from 12 am to 3 pm. During these times, music in particular must be refrained from and care must be taken to ensure that radios and televisions are set to room volume. The use of these devices outdoors is not permitted

    6. for safety reasons, house and garage entrances as well as stairs and corridors must always be kept clear. The patio door must be kept closed. When leaving the flat, the windows must be closed and the flat entrance door locked.

    7. patio furniture and the parasol must be secured during your absence, especially against storms. The cushions for the terrace should be put away overnight.

    8. cars can only be parked on the street on the right-hand side, in the direction of the exit to the town centre.

    9. the holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Please use the ashtray provided for this purpose. In the event of non-compliance, we are entitled to cancel the flat without notice and have it vacated and to pass on all consequential damages to the guest without deduction. During the stay, the tenant is obliged to keep the holiday flat clean himself. On the day of departure, the flat must be swept clean (washed up, dishwasher emptied, rubbish bins emptied).

    10. please separate the waste into glass, paper, yellow bag and residual waste. We have also provided for this with separate bins.

    11. the holiday flat may only be occupied and used by the agreed number of persons. In the event of over-occupancy, we reserve the right to turn away unannounced guests. All guests are required to comply with the applicable house rules. Violation of these house rules may result in expulsion from the flat without a full or partial refund of the rental price.

    12. the use of the WLAN is free of charge and limited to the duration of the stay in the holiday flat. The landlord cannot accept any liability for the actual availability of Internet access. The code may not be passed on to third parties. Any liability for warranty and compensation etc. is excluded. Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any malware, such as viruses, etc. resulting from the use of the WLAN. The user is responsible for viruses and firewalls.
