"I like the friendliness of the staff, the close proximity to Duke Hospital, and the free shuttle service to the hospital. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is a little hard and the pillows were a little lumpy and small. I also like the quiet hours during the nice. Good service."

"We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am. Staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay! "
