* Occupancy and noise limits are enforced and can lead to significant fines
* IDs and security deposits may be requested after booking

* Backyard Lake- No swimming, kayaking IS allowed
* Lake Guinevere is very close by and can be used by guests for swimming
HOUSE RULES:

Since there’s no curbside trash pickup in the community, all trash must be taken to the community trash center during your stay and before checkout. For safety and to avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave any food or trash outside at any time.

•In adherence to the city`s noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $ fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $ will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•No Pets
