"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Amazing sunsets. We got a great deal on a penthouse suite! You do have to pay for wifi if you are not a member. Limited dining options but full kitchenette so bring your cooler of food to make. Pool+Hottub+Fitness center also."

"Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future."
