"Extremely loud music playing in the function room right below our room. Our mirror vibrated with the bass. The staff said the music would be turned off at 11pm, which did not happen. If you’re unlucky with the room assignment, you will be listening to a door to the pub bathroom open and shut for hours. I can’t recommend if you want a quiet spot."

"Beautiful old pub right in the centre of Greenwich. Really comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Perfect."

"Clean room. But a little sad we couldn’t look out the window because they had put filter on it Nice location near station. "

"Fantastisk hotel, værelser ovenpå en super hyggelig pub, men absolut ingen gener derfra. Elsker atmosfæren, alt er hyggeligt og “ikke-industrielt”. Ingen elevator, men fik båret kufferten op. Det tar 5 min til station. Trygt og sikkert område. Vores varmeste anbefalinger. "

"Very nice hotel and kind staff. Beautiful view from the window and quiet in the evening/night. Can only recommend."

"I changed my reservation within the due time, but the hotel still charged for the original reservation and didn't bother to sort it out with Expedua, even after seeing my email confirmation. Stay away."

"Uncomfortable bed in main room and unimpressive shower but very convenient location for the O2"

"Perfect for our 2 day stay. Ideal location to attend concert at 02 and explore Greenwich. Staff were warm and friendly and hotel had everything you needed"

"First time ever saying this, but please change staff with a machine. No response from Hotel to me or hotels.com when communicating before or after stay. Hotel/ Rooms are relatively new. No view from the rooms. The shower is very nice. Building near big road but soundproofing is good. I did not try the rooftop. 5min drive to O2 Arena, 15min to Excel Exhibition, 20min to canary Warf."

"It was a good stay, but I woke up one morning completely covered in bites (at least 50). Panicked, I asked them to move us to a different room, which they did immediately. When I asked if we could use a washing machine and bug spray for our bags and to wash our clothes in case there were bed bugs, I was met with an extremely rude response. One staff member was nice and apologetic, but the other one said there was no way they had bugs and that they don't know what bit me. I felt my ask was...

"When we arrived the lobby looked nice and the check-in was fine. However, once we made our way up the stairs, our experience immediately took a turn; the hallway REEKED of piss, making it hard to even breathe. The floor had parts covered up by worn out sheets and overall the staircase and common area were looking rough. Our room was only locked with our keycard, and we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, making us incredibly uncomfortable. Once we were in our room we booked another hotel and...

"Ease of check in, location. Every thing that was provided, shower gel, shampoo, teatime, washing up liquid, tea, coffee biscuits. Shops and loads of restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk from maritime museum about 7-9 minutes to Cutty sark and DLR"

"The hotel was amazing, close to the tube station, beautifully decorated. Rita and co was so helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try the cocktail bar."
