Important to Note: Although pets are not permitted for guests, the owners sometimes bring their dogs, so it is not recommended for individuals with dog allergies. While the outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and dining table can be used by guests, the outdoor kitchen is NOT permitted for guest use. There are two exterior security cameras at the property (one on the front porch and one at the backside of the house). No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community.
