"We picked this hotel because it was in relative proximity to the Biltmore estate, which was the reason for our visit. Hotels closer to the estate were much more expensive. We wanted nice but didn’t want the extra price of those that were close. Hilton Garden was nice, room was nice, people were nice. I knew in advance that breakfast was not included. So that was not a surprise. However, in the future I will probably choose a hotel that does have breakfast included. On this trip we stayed at...

"Very nice hotel. Great location to walk easily into Asheville. Front desk employees were not real friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but there seemed to be air in the plumbing lines that made a lot of noise, onetime in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was good nothing real fancy but enough to have coffee and a bite to eat. "

"The rooms are spacious and has functional pieces like big square ottomans that you can sit on or put a suitcase on. The bathroom was very well designed with plenty of room to leave your bottles or make up out. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Coffee available 24/7 and water flavored with fruit slices was a great welcome every-time we returned to the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. It is very convenient to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. "

"Incredible noice from the street outside. The hotel will say this is to be expected from a city location, but this is worse than you can expect and we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast is limited. The hotel will say they have a great variety including eggs and sausages, however this is a cold egg and sausage bun that can be collected from a fridge. The place is generally worn down. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Wouldn’t consider the stay value for money. "
