INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The property owners live in the basement unit of this property. They are are a very nice retired couple and made the lake house available so others families can have amazing experiences at the lake. Their basement unit has fully separate access and two-way locks between the upstairs and downstairs.

The yard is a shared space, so you may see the owners gardening and maintaining the property. They love guests and are happy to help if you need anything or want to learn more about the area! However, they will respect your need for privacy to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

RULES
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- You will receive a digital rental agreement after you book. The renter must sign this in order to get access to the home.
- The maximum occupancy of 8 includes visitors and is strictly enforced.
- 3 stairs required to access the home.
- There is plenty of driveway parking available, including space for a boat trailer, but know there is a fairly narrow 100 foot driveway leading to the home.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the property. The use of fireworks of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- This is a residential neighborhood with strict quiet rules. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If the police are called for any reason, including a noise complaint, it will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet.
- There is a doorbell camera on the front of the house for the security of the home.
