"The hotel is about 20 minutes by uber from the town which was perfect. Right by the beach and also an excellent 30 minute walk along the beach to the nearest town and bars. There is also a good restaurant/bar about 5 minutes round the corner. The hotel itself was brilliant. "Absolutely fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights in the newly opened Chapel rooms - the rooms are spacious, has beautiful decor and aircon.
We had dinner at both restaurants and the service was very friendly.
The Meerendal Hotel is definitely worth a visit."
