"The hotel is more than nice for the price, you get more, I think is more designed for local nationals that arrive in their cars, you can rent but if you dont split the car rental fare between several people then it would be the same to stay at a ski in ski out, the hotel have shuttles to the mountain, but you have to know their location and pick up spots. The hot springs are awesome, good breakfast included. "

"Good shuttle service to and from the slopes. We ordered breakfast packs a few days but did not expect it to come as late as it did (after noon) which meant that we did not have any breakfast on the first day of our stay. It would have been nice to know that we should have ordered it a day in advance for it to be available on the next day’s morning."

"It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...

"何度か利用せてもらってる者です。部屋はリニューアルされていて快適でした。老舗ならでの落ち着いた雰囲気があって大好きなホテルです。 ただ、浴場にいたアジア系外国人の男性二人組の会話がすごく煩かったのが残念でした。 脱衣所に入ったとたん大音量の会話が聞こえてきたので団体客かと思いましたが二人だけとは・・・ 浴場に入るタイミングが悪かったです(笑) "

"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"We had the best stay! All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We were very sad to leave this place – the loveliest hosts in one of the most beautiful places. Magi made us feel at home and was great with translating, Ryu helped us plan our days and gave great local attraction suggestions, Ichiro was flexible with our schedule, and Natsuki was the best driver and and made our transit enjoyable. Can't wait to come back! "

"Loved staying at Milky house, would definitely stay again. It's a 10-minute walk to the Annupuri Gondola, had a cute little bar on-site for great apres drinks and a food cart that was there each evening. In addition the dinners and breakfast served at Milky were amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating. "

"I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....
