"Beautiful stay in a very special location.
One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel.
My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. Had to go to the lounge at the end of the corridor and it was messy and unstocked from the day before.

"We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it.
We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there."

"Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized with the whole "chalet vibe" and a view of the snow covered mountains through the balcony (don't forget to ask for the mountain facing rooms) !
More than enough storage space and decently done bathrooms. The hosts are very pleasant and happy to share local tips. My only gripe is that the breakfast could be better value (but I still suggest to take it, since there aren't really any other options around)"

Bartenderne er langsomme, de ser travle ud, men det er svært at få lov til at bestille, og det tager ofte 10-15 min før din drink kommer (der var samlet 4 gæster i baren)
Receptionisterne er søde, men 2/4 var uvidende.
Morgenmads buffeten var lækker.

"The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."
