"We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous."

"This is a traditional inn with traditional food in the best possible sense. The chef was excellent about food allergies and asked if we needed anything as they were going shopping. The village itself is very quiet and may not suit everyone but in a good position for the Malverns."

"It was a splendid place to stay. If you love history then you must stay here. It is very convenient for eateries, parking and it fulfils all the expectations that we have got used to these days. We only stayed one night but we wished we had stayed longer. Everything was perfect. Thank you."

"We really enjoyed our three days here. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel is charming and quirky. The weather was very hot, so the addition of two sturdy portable fans was very welcome. We were in a lovely attic conversion and could see the countryside around for miles. Although we were at the top of the building, the water pressure was good and we could all have showers to cool off without any problems - plenty of hot water, too - and the toiletries smelled gorgeous. Breakfast cooked...
