"Our overall stay was enjoyable. Room was clean, hotel staff were polite, and the room was exactly as described. The only unexpected challenge was the continental breakfast. The service space is small compared to the amount of people staying at the hotel. We were shoulder to shoulder trying to get coffee and our food. Seating is limited, too."

"This was an absolute excellent property. It is clean, well appointed, great sized, with a huge bathroom. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the restaurant onsite which had excellent food for a later night meal. Finally, the service was excellent. From the front desk to the valets to the servers at the restaurant all were top notch. Breakfast was amazing and the evening snacks were amazing and could substitute for a meal. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here...

"Very nice comfortable, roomy facility and close to downtown Santa Fe. Everything worked well. The breakfast was excellent. We didn't use the pool of hot tub but both were well attended and seemed to work well. The check in was flawless and the receptionist most helpful answering questions."

"Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse på Old Santa Fe Inn. Vi var en familie på tre personer. Der var lidt problemer omkring indtjekning men de blev løst og ledelsen gav os efterfølgende en rabat som undskyldning. Herudover var alt meget fint. "We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas."

"Free breakfast was good. Upon checking in the parking area is very small and compact, our truck was hard to park. We walked into our room and had the end of the bed at our feet. Room was very very small. This is not a resort, its a hotel. The front door is to the outside. Made sure to double lock the door. We instantly asked to pay extra for a better room, they said they didn't have any. We asked for our money back, that this room is not what we expected. They denied the reimbursement. There...
