"This is a new Bonvoy Marriott in a perfect location! The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. They have a great happy hour. Bartenders are so sweet and make wonderful drinks. The entire staff is lovely. Right in the center of Georgetown walking distance to everything. They offer valet parking, which is a little pricey, but I guess the going rate. The valet staff is very efficient and kind would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. "

"I really liked my room. Compact space but didn't feel small. Beautifully decorated/designed. Had a king-size bed, 2 end tables, Keurig, small fridge, small chair for a desk space for a laptop, and huge TV that didn't feel overpowering for the space. Also, there was an open closet and large mirror. I particularly liked the iphone charging ledge. Bathroom was spacious. Had any of the furniture pieces been larger or ill-fitting, the room would have felt very small, but everything fit well together...

"Absolutely incredible hotel that we happened upon on a whim. Brand new, absolutely stunning and Johnny the concierge made our night and had us feeling right at home despite the grandeur of the establishment. Can’t recommend this place enough and shout out to Johnny ❤️"

"We love the Fairmont Hotels and this was our first stay in the DC area. My only complaint would be to make updates to the bathrooms. The toilet was too low and did not flush well. The bathroom lighting was poor and the make up mirror was not lighting and not attached properly."

"Amazing hotel and service. Would definately recommend and visit it again. Valet parking is USD 52 per night!!! Room was big and great, minibar (non-alcoholic) was free. Rooftop bar was partly closed during our stay. We did have chance to use it one night, but would have been great to know in advance."

"Avery Georgetown is great. Great service. Great location. Our room had some street noise. If street noise is an issue, ask for room 6 or 9 – they should be quiet. There Is no tea or coffee in the room. But front desk will be happy to make you a cup of tea."

"I had a nice stay, the hotel was quiet and clean and offered a comfortable bed. Upon arrival their systems were down so they couldn't process check-ins. However, they were courteous and informative so the 30 minutes delay did not bother me."
