Come and stay in this charming studio located in the Le Spot residence, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Designed for your comfort, you will be seduced by its pleasant setting and its terrace.

Within the residence, you will enjoy a shared unheated swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09,a central bar to refresh yourself after swimming, as well as a petanque court.

Ideally located near the lakes of Biscarrosse, you will be able to discover the region and vary your activities, to make the most of a holiday placed under the sign of relaxation!



Upon arrival in this studio located on the ground floor, you will access the living area with its sofa corner, television, dining table and access to the terrace. You will also discover the fully equipped American kitchen, which has induction hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker.



The studio has a Queen Size bed (160/200) in the living room as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate a traveller.



You will have a bathroom with toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine is also at your disposal.



To park, 1 private numbered parking space is available.
