A bathroom and a shower room complete the remarkable amenities of this house. There are also two separate toilets. Outside, you'll find an outdoor kitchen for preparing meals with friends and family (a barbecue is not available, but a large electric griddle is provided), a 25m² south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool, which is open and heated from June to September, and a large 2785m² garden with a foosball table and pétanque court. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Parties are strictly prohibited.
