The chalet is a timber-frame construction with a fully wooden interior, spacious, and opens onto a large private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, facing a green area.



With an area of about 38 m², it includes:

- a 25 m² living room with a three-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, SAT TV, dining area for three. An extra bed can be added for a third person;

- a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, induction hob, mini microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes for four);

- a bedroom of about 8 m² in a "garden cabin" style with a large bed;

- a bathroom with multi-jet shower and WC;

- a dressing room.



The private terrace of about 28 m², facing west, is equipped with a table for four and sun loungers.



Located in Biscarrosse Ville, 800 meters from shops and the southern lake, this chalet is an ideal starting point for many excursions: the ocean at 11 km, the southern lake at 5 km, the forest at 1 km, and more.



You can access the relaxation institute’s facilities (hammam, jacuzzi, massages, scrubs, reflexology, etc.) without leaving the property and in complete privacy. These services are available for an extra charge and by appointment.



Bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels are available as an option. End-of-stay cleaning can also be requested for an additional fee.
