It opens onto an air-conditioned living/dining room with fireplace insert, television, sofa bed. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom with a 140 bed and another with 2 bunk beds of 90 and a 90 drawer bed ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A library with a sofa and 2 armchairs where you can relax and access the upper floor where the air-conditioned master suite is located. Bedroom with a 160 bed, cupboards, bathroom with large shower and toilet. Outbuilding for storing bikes and/or surfboards.
