A bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A library with a sofa and 2 armchairs where you can relax and access the upper floor where the air-conditioned master suite is located. Bedroom with a 160 bed, cupboards, bathroom with large shower and toilet. Outbuilding for storing bikes and/or surfboards.
