Only downside was a laudible freightrain at 4 am (keyword here is "only") - as expected close to a track: While annoying due to jet-lag, it adds to autenciticy and only bothered the first night.
The work gone into restoring the warehouse while respecting its past, the views towards the harbour, and the service of the staff, left nothing to wish for (apart from maybe the architects thoughts, there are so many details accomplished there, but maybe...
"Very stylish accomodation, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, however, the room was not very light and the sleeping sofa was quite low above the ground. The service personnel was responding to all questions very promptly with helpful advices, e.g. where to park the car near by."
