The Seebrise vacation rental was completely renovated in 2021 and individually and lovingly furnished.

Enjoy the magnificent view of Schmachter Lake and the Park of the Senses from this high-end vacation rental! Take a stroll along the newly landscaped lakeside promenade or use the free rental bikes for short bike rides through the beautiful countryside!

The south-facing terrace offers sunshine starting at 10 a.m. and a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can marvel at beautiful sunsets from the terrace while enjoying a glass of wine.

The light-filled living room features a cozy velvet sofa and a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep, a 43-inch LED TV with a swivel and tilt wall mount, cable TV, digital radio, and free Wi-Fi.

From the entire living area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter.

Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area (dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, additional Nespresso Vertuo machine with milk frother + Alessi French press, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, high-quality china, complete coffee service, etc.). You’ll also find a walk-in closet in the apartment (in addition, an ironing board and iron, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use).

In addition, the apartment features a beautiful and spacious shower room with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, as well as a south-facing terrace (featuring high-quality, reclining rattan armchairs by Ploß with footrests, a sun lounger by Ploß, and a table), and much more.

The trip price includes all utilities (heating, water, and electricity) as well as parking. It also includes final cleaning, bed linens, and a towel package (one bath towel and one hand towel per person), a shower mat, and a dish towel.

The house features a sauna, which can be used for a fee.

Villa Seerosen is also ideally suited for longer stays, with a bike rack at the house, a lockable shed, and a free parking space nearby.
