A modern box-spring sofa bed awaits you here, offering comfortable accommodation for both children and adults. The furnishings also include a flat-screen TV with cable reception, DVD/CD/tuner, a chest of drawers and two cosy armchairs. In addition, various board games, DVDs and children's books are available for entertainment on rainy days.

The bedroom spoils you with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a spacious wardrobe as well as another TV set.

Nothing is missing in the separate kitchen. A modern fitted kitchen with every conceivable appliance, from a fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher to a convection oven and ceramic hob, awaits you. A microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also part of the equipment, complemented by an electric grill for cosy summer evenings on the balcony.

The bathroom offers additional luxury with a rain shower, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating for cold days. For your convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house.

Outside, there is a separate bicycle shed and a fixed outdoor parking space for your car about 150 metres away. You can use the car park right next to the house for loading and unloading. The sprawling Granitz forest is just one minute away and the beach, including a special section for dogs, is ten minutes away. Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance, so nothing stands in the way of your relaxing holiday.
