Rustic, Private Log Cabin near Augusta, Maine, Perfect for a Weekend Getaway in Nature

This is a one-room cabin rental near Skowhegan in Maine. Each cabin has a full, private bathroom along with a shower and hot water. Inside, guests will a small kitchenette which includes a microwave, a small refrigerator, paper plates, plastic utensils, cups, salt, and pepper. There is also a propane heater and a wood stove for warmth in the cooler months. Outside of these cozy cabin rentals, there is a gas barbecue grill and a picnic table for cooking and eating delicious barbecue food in the great outdoors. The cabins are open Memorial Weekend to Thanksgiving weekend. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome after pre-approval from the host at the time of reservation.

On the site, guests can find the campfire pit, perfect for toasting s'mores while stargazing and even getting to know other fellow glampers. This glamping site is a safe area and perfect for children, where guests can feel free to take a stroll or bike on the many trails around the property. Additionally, there is a barbecue grill for guests to cook up some delicious meals while on their vacation.
