Hoteller nær Biltmore Winery

"Beautiful room, great hotel, the coffee/snack bar at lobby was best food of the whole stay, great sandwiches made to order (so not a quick grab and go). The other restaurants were disappointing. So glad we booked this hotel as it was walkable to the shops and wine tasting versus. Complimentary wine tasting at lobby at 5pm as we as chocolate chip cookies at 8pm, fun and sweet! There are shuttles, but only twice an hour pickup & closes at 5pm. The mansion on the estate was miles away so it takes...

"Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice."

"Got pretty much everything you may need (except cooing oil)."

"Loved it! Very fun and location was perfect!"

"Great outdoor area with fire pits to relax"

"The elevator had been out for several days due to a major electrical component failure. I was put on the 4th floor. As a senior with moderate mobility, it was an issue. They were able to accommodate me by adjusting my bill. It was a peak leaf viewing weekend and the rate was not in line with the situation."

"Så søde receptionister som vidste alt om området og var meget hjælpsomme."

"Lovelly staff and they make our stay marvelous"

"Positives: 1. hotel is well-situated; but we don't mind the street people in the plaza across from the hotel (they leave you alone). 2. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very nice. 3. The downstairs bar with free pinballs, skeeball and pool table was different. Negatives: 1. When we checked-in the person was "filling in" and we were not advised about amenities like the free drop-off service. Better training for entire staff is recommended. 2. Housekeeping was uneven. Some days a real...

"The Flat Iron Hotel is a difficult one to review. There is much to like about the hotel: the location, in the heart of downtown Asheville, is perfect. The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, and anxious to please. The hotel restaurant, Luminosa, was very good with outstanding food and excellent service. But there were some serious downsides as well, in particular, the size of the rooms. I could not easily get into bed without turning sideways and squeezing between the bed and the wall, while...

"This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition"

"Amazing B&B from beginning to end. Staff were great, rooms were clean and breakfasts were amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful. We will be repeat customers."

"This place is absolutely a beautiful place, which is renovated with the finest details in respect for the old building. The staff was super friendly, and our room was perfect in all aspects👌 If going to Asheville, don’t hesitate to book this, you won’t regret."
