Come enjoy a peaceful getaway in this fully furnished three bedroom/ two bath raised waterfront home in the spectacular Jourdan River Estates neighborhood known for its fun and family friendly atmosphere.

As you enter from the balcony overlooking the water take a minute to enjoy the views. Then walk into the air condition comfort where you can appreciate your accommodations and what it has to offer.

The home consist of three bedrooms and two full baths. Two of bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other has a double bed. The master bedroom has a flat screen with satellite cable. The living room has a flat screen smart tv with satellite cable. The living and dining area is an open floor plan. The master bathroom, which has a stand up shower and a double sink counter top, serves the master bedroom and the second bathroom consist of a shower/tub combination and is accessed from the hallway. The rear of the home has a large balcony with outdoor seating including a table and chairs to enjoy the waterfront view and the wildlife.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, all cookware and dining ware, traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster.

The backyard area has a private boat launch and dock allows fishing, crabbing and boating right off our dock; it also gives you the ability to launch your boat when you arrive and keep it in the water till you are ready to leave. Just a 15 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for sandy beaches or marsh fishing.

The home also has WiFi supplied by AT&T, a Weber BBQ propane pit, a tankless hot water heater, washer/dryer and a 35 AMP RV hook up for those that wish to incorporate an RV with their stay.

Property is just minutes away from all of the areas best attractions, including the Hollywood Casino/Golf course (11 min), Silver Slipper Casino (17 min), shopping and nightlife in Old Town Bay St. Louis (10 min), as well as public fishing piers and marinas, and beautiful beaches.

Public boat launches are within 10 minutes of the property, i.e. Cedar Point Park (10 min), Washington Pier (10 min), Bay Marina (5 min), Silver Slipper Casino (20 min), Pass Christian Harbor (20 min) to name a few. Bay Marina (5 min) has live shrimp and bait fish.

Eat, drink or have your morning coffee at the kitchen table, bistro table or on the balcony.

For those who like to grill, there is a propane grill down below. This space offers a large open area with a bar/bistro table with bar stools and a table with four chairs.

For those who aren’t interested in cooking, take out or dine in is available at the surrounding restaurants.
