  • New on the market, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a view of the water but without the expensive beachfront prices! Sleeping 6 in beds, fully furnished, and you can choose the pool or the beach!

    2 bedroom, 2 bath features comfy 2 queen beds in one large suite and 1 separate queen bed in another--plus a relaxing decor!
    2 private balconies
    TVs in every room
    The master suite features a large soaking tub and a separate shower, and its own private balcony.
    The galley kitchen has stainless appliances and is fully equipped to allow you to cook the fresh catch of the day!
    Facing east, you get the beautiful sunrise and the gorgeous moon rise. Nothing is prettier than the moon
    reflecting on the Gulf Waters.
    Washer and dryer are provided so you can keep those swimsuits, the required attire, fresh and clean!
    Centrally located, one can be anywhere along the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast beach in 15-20 minutes.
    Great location for folks coming to event at the coliseum which is less than a mile away.
    The beach is approximately 200 yards away.
    Charcoal grills are in the prettiest courtyard on the Coast!
    Wi-Fi and cable are provided, as is central heat and air conditioning.

The unit was beautiful and well appointed, and a comfortable temperature in this roasting heat, with comfortable living room furniture and decor. Storage was abundant in the bedrooms and the primary tub was a joy to soak in. The beds in the primary bedroom were somewhat firmer than we’d like, but not totally uncomfortable. We were able to extend our stay with little difficulty, thanks to the response of the managers; we never received our parking passes and pool bands, but otherwise, we would like to return.

Labor Day weekend

Everything was as expected.

Property management was outstanding. Charlotte and Nikki were extremely attentive and helpful to our tv set up needs, as well as ensuring we had what we needed upon arrival.

The complaint we had was about the refrigerator because the door made a "snapping" sound every time we used it. Also it would be nice if the cabinets had handles.

First it is confusing and misleading by pictures which property you are staying at. The pictures make it seem like it’s the new tall condos in front. It is however the very old and run down condo’s in the back. Then it is difficult to get help to get into your room. We got there at 5:03 and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out who to call only to find out from another confused guest we were at the wrong building and found the number to get the code to get in. I had to call the number multiple times before someone returned my call and gave me the code to get into the room and the pool. The condo was clean but old. The ice maker on the fridge was taped on and did not work and neither did the water. Also while we were there the second batch of laundry we went to dry the dryer quit working and no longer worked. Also they charge you a fee and you loose your deposit if the towels are not laundered and put back in place. We were unable to do that and I am waiting to see if I get my deposit back. I genuinely would not recommend this property to anyone. It is not worth the price.

Great property weird layout

I loved our stay at the Villas. The only thing I found weird was that the room with the 2 beds was also the room with the master bath. Also, the ice maker worked in making ice but the dispenser did not and the wifi password was found by chance in a drawer. Lastly, my wife has cerebral palsey and thus she has a abnormal walking gate (she drags her left foot) and she tripped over the same tile on several occasions. She is used to tripping over things of this nature but I wanted to let you know that there is is tile in the doorway leading into the master bedroom that has an elevated corner

Nice Biloxi Condo

This condo was very clean! It was very convenient to anything and everything in Biloxi! My kids had a blast at the pool! It was walking distance to beach! The condo had plenty of cookware, dishes, and had shampoo and nice towels. I was disappointed that the TV in the living room would turn on, but wouldn’t stream anything. The dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the view from this particular condo was of the parking lot and dumpster. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. We had a good time, and so overall a good trip.

Kind of misleading

I thought we were going to be in the tower but ended up in the villa’s. Kind of disappointed but it served the purpose. When can I expect my deposit back??

Walk to Beach was to for with children

The walk to beach was a lot further than listing said. It’s across street and a very large empty lot. The grass and weeding needed to be cut at condo. All flower needs were over grown. The condo itself was very nice. I wouldn’t book again. Was not impressed with overall experience. For that price.

Weekend Getaway

We came mostly to be able to sit by the pool and eat a few good meals. This property was clean, had a comfortable bed and a nice pool area. All the people we encountered were pleasant. It was a family friendly environment.
