Lots of room for improvement
Room was clean, however there was something wrong with one of the thermostats. So the kitchen and sitting area was FREEZING! I tried everything to turn it down, nothing changed. Then tried shutting it off with no results. Too late and inconvenient to switch rooms. Thermostat said 65 bit since it seemed to be broken I doubt that was correct.
The remainder of the room was ok, nothing to talk about except the bed pillows…,UGH! all VERY Soft, not supportive.
The breakfast was poor quality. In addition many of the egg and bread items looked like they had been reheated over and over. Uck!
Sugary cereals and cream of wheat I would say was also old and I would not touch. Hotel called this a full breakfast in description. I would be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. To top it off I saw the young man filling the cereal bins. His attire was sloppy and unkept. Just like the breakfast.
When in Gulfport I usually stay at another hotel, but thought I’d give this one a try. I have no plans to visit this hotel again. Once was enough.
