The open living area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day at work, the beach, or exploring Biloxi. The bedroom features a comfortable bed and ample storage, while the bathroom is stocked with essentials to help you settle in quickly.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace, making the condo ideal for business travelers, military personnel, traveling professionals, remote workers, and guests in town for short-term or extended stays.

Whether you`re staying for a few days or a few months, Anchor Point offers the comfort and convenience of home with the simplicity and ease travelers appreciate from a hotel experience.

Guests will have full access to the home during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and easy experience.

We want guests to feel right at home while also having support when needed. We are responsive through the app and happy to assist with questions, recommendations, or concerns during your stay.

This is Brett and Malarie, your SUPERHOSTS!!

We’re so glad you’re here.

Our journey began at a real estate seminar in Biloxi, MS in October 2019. Connected thereafter, engaged February 2022. And April 2022, we discovered our way to bring value to others through Short Term Rentals.

Hosting has become more than just a business for us. We take pride in the ways we carefully and consistently bring value to those we do business with--it`s how we sleep so good at night :) !!

Thoughtfully creating spaces where guests can relax, feel safe, and make meaningful memories. Knowing that people can gather, celebrate, and unwind in a place we’ve prepared with care is what makes this journey so rewarding.

-TWO is the maximum no. of guests allowed at Oak Shores at any time. No exceptions. This is enforced by the Fire Marshal and the HOA.

-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay

-NO PETS allowed. A violation of no pets policy will result to $150 fine.

-No glassware or breakable items are allowed in pool or beach areas. There is a $500 fine.

-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted. Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay.

-Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the unit at any time. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. $500 fine.

-Please run cold water before, during and after the use of the garbage disposal unit.

-Please do not put raw seafood in fridge or freezer unless triple bagged.

-Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard.

-No grills are allowed on the balconies or within 15 feet of a building. Do not hang items from balcony railings or throw anything from the balcony.

-Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only.

-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated!

-Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.
