"I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. "

Spoke with representative from Hilton who confirmed that I was able to book this location as a local for my family and I, check in went smooth, staff was very friendly. "My daughter in law and I decided to go to Charlotte, NC to see a concert. We didn't want to stay at a hotel and decided to stay at a B&B and found The Silly Chicken. What a find! We stayed in the guest house and it was amazing. The chickens were so much fun to see and breakfast was delicious. We will try to go back and spend a few more days soon."

"I came to NC for a convention and booked this place because the host hotel was sold out. Check-in was quick, the service was very friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable with a pool - which came in handy due the extreme heat and humidity. I'd stay here again. Free breakfast was a bonus and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It's also right off the highway exit. "

"If there was any complaint, it is the mildew in the jetted tub that made it impossible to enjoy. My husband and i ran three tubs of water with the jets in the intermittent full time in attempt to flush it.
