"The breakfast at Best Western was beyond our expectations. The person who checked us in was over the top in terms of service and charm. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Staff members were welcoming and friendly. We look forward to staying at other Best Western locations in our future and frequent travels."

"Stort udvalg til morgenmad. Fin poolområde. Dejlige værelser"

"Super plesant stay. Everything looks brand new and in perfect condition despite its a few year old. Great people, nearby parking included. Great lobby area with new small quiet group arrangements. I'm defenitely comming back!"

"The beds and pillows were terrible, reminiscent of Motel 6 or college dorm beds—hard and flat. The pillows were even worse, likely filled with old stuffed animal stuffing, creating uncomfortable lumps. We had to request six extra blankets due to the minimal bedding provided. The TV was unusable, split between the bed and couch due to its placement facing a divider. The bathrooms were the most amusing. The shower and toilet areas were separate, so no quick pee before showering. The shower...

"They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor. They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison."

"Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there."

"Clean and beautiful hotel"

"Absolutely the best property that is privately owned that I have stayed at in the United States."

"I loved the location of this hotel. It is at a short walking distance from Lavell Edward Stadium. The best place to stay if you are attending a BYU game. There are a lot of shopping places and restaurants very close. It has a small pool, but it is ok for swimming or just cooling off and relaxing. The gym though, it is not very nice. It has just two thread mills and one wasn't working. It has one elliptical machine and a few dumbbells. That is it. It is also very small, not more than 3 people can...

"Dejligt hotel, lidt slidt men i god stand. Værelset var stort, med masse af plads til os alle 3. God størrelse badeværelse, morgenmad er amerikansk, så ikke noget at klappe i hænderne over. Ligger dejligt godt, og tæt på mange ting"

"I think the staff did an excellent job. They was smiling 100% of the time we were there. And not just to show off. :-)"

"Everything was good, the beds are a bit older but quite and clean and a good breakfast"

"Stay here! What a fun, unique and thoughtfully constructed bed and breakfast. In the heart of downtown Provo it is a great place to make your home base. Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers."
