With true ski-in/ski-out access, a short glide to the new gondola, and the ability to ski directly back to your door, it’s easy for everyone in your group to come and go at their own pace. Thoughtful bedroom layouts offer comfort and privacy, and the building’s elevator and heated garage add convenience for families with gear in tow. Whether you’re swapping stories by the fire or watching the sunrise over the Spanish Peaks, this home is designed for effortless mountain living.

This spacious, thoughtfully designed penthouse offers the ideal layout for comfort, connection, and relaxation. The open-concept great room invites guests to gather with plush seating for up to 14, a gas fireplace, and a 65” TV with a Sonos surround sound system. From here, step out onto the main balcony to take in panoramic views of the Spanish Peaks and Madison Range, complete with outdoor seating and a gas fireplace (currently operational only in summer months). A wall-mounted iPad lets you control the lighting, sound system, and Apple TV with ease, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes.
The modern kitchen features sleek Bosch stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for five, and everything you need to prepare family-style meals or apres-ski snacks. The adjacent dining area offers a spacious table with seating for eight, with additional bar seating to ensure everyone has a spot to gather together. A second private deck with a hot tub and Sonos sound system provides an inviting place to unwind under the stars while enjoying your favorite music.

When it’s time to rest, three primary bedrooms each offer a private retreat, complete with blackout blinds, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The first primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and TV, while the second and third both feature queen beds and stylish finishes for added comfort. Two additional bunk rooms, each with twin-over-full bunks, share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combo, perfect for kids or singles traveling together.

On the ground floor, the heated garage is designed with skiers in mind, featuring non-slip rubber mats, benches, ski racks, hooks for drying outerwear, and a 12-pair boot dryer. At the end of the day, you can ski straight back to the garage, an unmatched convenience that makes this mountain home truly exceptional.

Please note, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted by Two Pines Properties.

This home does not have air conditioning. Like most homes in Big Sky, it stays comfortable in summer thanks to the cool mountain climate. For a true Montana experience, open the windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds in the morning to help keep the home naturally cool throughout the day.

Travel Tip: We highly recommend a vehicle during your stay to make exploring Big Sky simple and convenient. During the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly advised, as snow and mountain conditions can change quickly.

Heated garage parking for two standard-size vehicles, plus one additional space directly in front of the garage. Snow removal service is provided for your convenience throughout the winter season.

Essentials:
Fresh linens, bath and hot tub towels, and starter-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Starter supplies also include paper towels (2 rolls), kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, coffee filters (coffee not supplied), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Kleenex (1 box per bathroom), laundry detergent pod, dryer sheets, and cleaning solution.

Entertainment & Tech:
High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, 65” Sony Smart TV with Apple TV, two-zone Sonos system (living room + hot tub area), and a wall-mounted iPad to control lighting, sound, and TV.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with new Bosch stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. (Full kitchen inventory available upon request.)

Comfort & Extras:
Gas fireplaces in the living room and deck, blackout blinds, HotSpring spa hot tub (seats 6–8) with mood lighting and waterfall, games and puzzles, central heat with humidifier, ceiling fans, keyless entry, vacuum, and hair dryers in each bathroom.

Top floor - Great place to stay for a larger group. The larger family room, kitchen and dining area was a great place to gather and socialize. The hot tub was new and very welcoming after a long day of skiing. The garage is awesome and can hold 2 large vehicles inside and an additional vehicle parked in front. Access to the elevator and stairs from the inside is so much nicer than the older Beaverhead condos. The condo says it is a ski in/ski out, but skiing out is not really possible. This isn’t a real problem - you just have to walk a couple minutes to the edge of White Wing ski run behind the condo to ski down to the fantastic new Explorer Gondola. You can ski back to the condo using the Blue run called “Oh Lordy”.We would stay here again!

Family ski vacation

Definitely would stay here again. Space was incredible for a large group. Ski in was absolutely accurate. Ski out was a little more challenging lol. Property management was outstanding in help with some issues. Two Pines definitely cared about our comfort and ability to have a great vacation.

Couldn't be any better.

The hillside location is perfect rather than having to fight traffic leaving the resort daily. The condo felt much bigger than the pictures portrayed and was extremely clean with top notch finishes. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas week with family

Huge penthouse space with ample space for large multi-generational family get together. The private garage with boot dryers is awesome. It is about a 2 minute walk to the slope to ski down to the base. Highly recommend this place.
