--Parking-- Parking includes space for one vehicle in the heated garage and one additional vehicle in the driveway. No additional parking is available in the immediate area so please plan accordingly.

The main living level on the second floor is the heart of the home, designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept living room showcases stunning Lone Peak views with a gas fireplace, split system A/C, all flowing seamlessly into the beautifully updated kitchen with expansive countertops, modern finishes, and a generously sized pantry that houses a second full-size refrigerator. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. The dining area opens to a private balcony with seating for four and a direct-connect grill, offering a comfortable outdoor space with mountain views. Also on this level is the primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the private hot tub on the back deck. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

Starter supplies include paper towels (2 rolls), kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, coffee filters (coffee not supplied), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Kleenex (1 box per bathroom), laundry detergent pod, dryer sheets, and cleaning solution.
Entertainment and Tech: High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, Samsung Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, and central heat.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators with water dispenser and ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. (Full kitchen inventory available upon request.)
