"The staff was very accommodating, however, they were very limited in what they could do. Management problems, I'm sure. Water in shower did not work, toilet running all night. The walls were paper thin. Appearance was fantastic, but under that, plumbing was old, windows were falling apart. Very poor customer service, no fault to employees, management once again. Would not recommend Snow River Mountain Resort. Will not be booking there ever!"
