"Our stay was so lovely! From the lobby to the rooms, everything was designed to make you feel you were in another part of the world, so charming! Staff were unbelievably kind. Me and my wife stayed during the Hozier rescheduled concert July 22. I called ahead to see if we would be able to check in early, due to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena's ongoing issues, and the staff worked with us to make sure we could check in at 11AM. "We had a nice stay ! Got to be there at the same times as the Princess Pageant "

"There were two other events happening during our stay that we weren't aware of, so the parking was terrible and breakfast was a little crowded, however, despite this unforeseeable circumstance, the hotel room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel and sometime. For the price, this was an amazing experience and we will most likely be staying again on our next trip to Branson. "

"The property is an easier accessible in any direction, its quiet, clean, comfortable and there's a balcony to sit outside the room. It was extremely hot during our stay so outside sitting was very short. The room was comfortable and plenty of room with all the amenities needed. The pool was clean and looked refreshing (we didn't use it). We will probable stay here again."

"Great for a quick overnight. We were able to get out of work earlier than expected and wanted to come down a night early. It was a very clean and standard hotel room. No frills. No thrills. Just a nice clean bed with cable TV & AC. Also conveniently located across from white water bay, where we were going the next morning. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. "

"The only complaint I have is the first night. Whoever was on staff at the front desk.Was very snappy and rude. I asked a simple question about the pool and got a very snappy rude response. Also, it would have been nice to have been able to swim on sunday, but the pool was closed. Everything else about our stay wass five star."

"Staff very nice. I requested a handicap accessible room. Room had grab bars but no walk in/roll in shower. The bed was terrible. It was worn out to the point you could feel springs making hard spots. Since having extensive back surgery the condition was horrible."
