"I'm very tolerant of ratty old hotels but this crossed some lines for me. The first room I was placed in was covered on cobwebs and holes in the ceiling tiles and walls. Ontop of that there was no running water. The family was helpful trying to fix it but eventually moved me to a different room. This one stunk horrendously of sewage. I refused to stay in it so they moved me to a 3rd and it had black mold in the corner on the ceiling and wall. It was late so I dealt with it at possible detriment...

"The property is clean and comfortable. Access to restaurant and had breakfast included. Area around the gym was not lit when we went to see it and there are steps down and up to allow for water run off. Be careful in this area. I took a nasty fall."

I had to re-pay the room, fortunately it remains only one room. Hotels.com has debited the price of the room on my credit card and now I do not know how to get my money back. I have no working link on their websitte to contact them and explain the scam to be reimbursed."
