Pine-scented air, a sky full of stars, and the satisfying warmth of a private hot tub waiting just outside the door - this is what a Big Bear winter getaway is made of. Tucked into lower Moonridge, this entire home puts you within minutes of Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, the Moonridge Zoo, and the golf course, with no steep hills to navigate on the way in or out. Gather your group, unpack, and let the mountains take over.

NOTE- During Winter Season, prior to your departure always go to Cal Trans to see what the roads and driving requirements are. During heavy snow we don`t have control over where the city plows snow and this could impact parking. We do have contracted snow plow for any snow sitting on the ground over 4`.

Living space

The living room anchors the home with a cozy indoor fireplace and a 75` Smart TV - the perfect place to decompress after a day on the slopes. Central heating and air conditioning keep every corner comfortable regardless of conditions outside. A dedicated workspace with Wifi and Ethernet connection is available when you need it, and board games are on hand for the evenings when you`d rather stay unplugged.

Bedroom 1: Large primary bedroom with a king size bed 50` Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen over Twin Bunk Beds.

Kitchen & dining

The remodeled eat-in kitchen is well-equipped for group meals - stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, large oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee machine. Wine glasses, a blender, a rice maker, a toaster, baking sheets, and cooking basics are all included. A dining table provides a natural gathering spot before you head out for the day.

Bathrooms

Three and a half bathrooms serve the home, each stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer. A bathtub is also available for a longer soak when the hot tub queue gets competitive.

Game room

The separate game room/casita is a standout feature for groups. Inside you`ll find shuffleboard, arcade games, a poker table, a full bar, a fireplace, and a kitchenette - plus the extra sleeping area mentioned above. Whether it`s a competitive evening or a low-key hangout, this space earns its place.

Outdoor spaces

Even in winter, the outdoors here are worth stepping into. The private hot tub - available all year, open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM - sits within the fully fenced private backyard alongside a gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area. A fire pit rounds out the options for evenings under the mountain sky. Guests also enjoy lake access via a nearby path or dock. Four free driveway parking spaces and an EV charger are available on the premises.

Location & practical details

Situated in lower Moonridge, the home is close to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, the Moonridge Zoo, and the golf course - all accessible without navigating steep roads. Self check-in is handled via a smart lock with a unique code issued per reservation, and a private entrance ensures a seamless, independent arrival. A washer and dryer are available in-unit. A crib and Pack `n Play/Travel crib are available upon request. Long-term stays are allowed. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

Pets: certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee. No cats.

PARKING: There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage and 3 vehicles in our adjacent concreate parking pad.
