You’ll have sole access to the home and property. If you’re concerned about winter driving or parking, this is an ideal location. The house sits on a county-maintained, plowed road and is right on the Big Bear Red Line, with a free trolley stop just three houses down. The Red Line runs every 30 minutes between The Village, Stater Bros., Erwin Lake, and more—making it easy to leave the cars parked at the house as you go to any of these places: Groceries and essentials are close by (Stater Bros, Dollar Store, Vons ~4.6–4.7 mi). Snow Summit, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Alpine Zoo, and Bear Valley Community Hospital are all within ~5–6.5 miles, with The Village just 7 miles away.

You’ll enjoy easy, convenient access from the moment you arrive. Parking is right by the front door, so there’s no trekking through slippery snow or steep streets. The path from parking to the house is flat and step-free. Inside, you have full access to the entire home. The kitchen is fully stocked for up to 10 guests, with place settings, custom engraved wine glasses, a wide selection of spices, and appliances including a gas range, microwave, blender, mixer, rice cooker, large crock pot, and all necessary mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans. Premium laminated flooring makes it easy to move around, with carpet only in the bedrooms—ideal for guests using assisted walking devices. Out the back, a small half-step leads onto the deck, which offers the best outdoor living with a large table and chairs, a relaxing warm fire table, and a propane BBQ grill. A larger step down from the deck leads to a spacious paver area with the jetted hot tub.

We’re not in the immediate area, so we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay without interruptions. Check-in is convenient, self-guided, and uninterrupted. Guests are verified at check-in using external security cameras to confirm headcount, ensuring a smooth and secure arrival.

We’re always available via messaging or phone and maintain a very high response rate. Our guest portal and website provide manuals, quick answers to common questions, and tips like how to get the best seat with the hot tub jet controls. Please ensure the spa cover straps are unhooked, before lifting it off.

Please keep in mind, our house is "Pet Friendly" however, your pet must be registered with a pet fee and a copy of their current dog license needs to be sent to us (per county ordinances to validate current vaccinations).

While you’re relaxing and recharging with us, let your car take a rest and recharge on us! We offer easy parking for up to 5 vehicles on our lot, in front of the house, including one Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 connector, this is compatible with most non-Tesla EVs. Tesla owners can use their included J1772 → Tesla adapter it's usually in the Tesla's glovebox or trunk—just remember to remove it before checkout. You wouldn't want to be stuck without it.
