Head down to the lower ground floor to find the kitchen, a handy space equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, and a utility room opposite the house with a tumble dryer for added convenience. When the day’s adventures are done, retreat upstairs to three bedrooms on the first floor. The largest is a master king-size bedroom, while the smaller two are arranged as a bunk room and a cosy single. All three rooms share a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower for your choice of a soak or rinse.
Step outside to enjoy the pretty scenery of the private garden at the side of the property. Although attached to the owner’s home, care has been taken to ensure your privacy in the furnished patio and lawn area. You’ll also have access to a separate games barn, designed for all ages – a dedicated hangout space for children, teens, and adults alike, with a plush L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, selection of games, a pool table, and a darts board. Private parking for two cars is also provided.
