Enjoy a walk along one of the village's quaint streets or the bustle of the quayside when the fish are landed or further afield along the South West Coast Path to meander and perhaps enjoy a picnic or stop at one of the secluded coves. Take a short drive over the river to Instow with its sandy beach and the Royal North Devon Yacht Club for boating and sailing enthusiasts. Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of beach, the Royal North Devon Golf Club as well as many family amusements. Close by is The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Parks, Tapeley Park, Arlington House and Watermouth Castle.


Entering from the Quay, you are welcomed into a spacious, modern open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring a convenient toilet and sink located near the back door that leads to the shared courtyard. On the first floor, a large family bathroom offers a luxurious spa bath and separate shower, situated alongside the master bedroom which features a king-size bed, private en-suite, and beautiful estuary views. The third floor reveals a second double bedroom and a light, airy lounge boasting incredible dual-aspect views of the water. With its characterful wood-plank flooring, plush leather sofas, and large TV, it is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset; there is even a dedicated tea and coffee station with a sink, so you can enjoy a brew without having to head back downstairs.
